DJF1减压阀存在的问题及改进措施 (1)蓄能器漏气 蓄能器放进水中,若水中有气泡冒出即查出蓄能器漏气,这多数是充气阀密封不良所致。D-JF1减压阀蓄能器上充气阀采用一个M8内六角螺钉,在其螺纹部沿长削出一平面,配一组合密封垫圈来密封,这种结构虽简单却易漏气,充气密封和检查气体压力均需专用工具。 (2)调节螺钉漏液 D-JF1减压阀是个锥阀。由于结构和制造的原因很难使其关死而不漏液。经修改后用一钢球密封,效果很好。 (3)活塞蹩卡在最高位 在与活塞外圆相配合的导向套内孔上部,有2个小孔,钻孔后内侧有毛刺,致使活塞导向套在该处蹩卡,使输出流量和压力均偏低而不能满足要求。较好的办法是将该处增加一退刀槽,去尽导向套孔内上部2个小孔内侧的毛刺。 (4)导向套外径O形密封圈易切坏 原设计阀体与导向套的密封是O形密封圈设在阀体内孔中,为便于加工,现设在导向套上,但阀体孔口没有20°的倒角,致使装配时O形密封圈易被切坏。
