 D-JF1减压阀由阀体、阀芯、阀座、活塞、安全阀、调节螺钉、蓄能器、导向套、承压环、过滤器等组成。阀座和活塞则上下滑动。D-JF1减压阀的工作原理:利用阀芯和阀座的间隙节流,使输出压力低于输入压力;同时输出压力反馈,作用在活塞上,与气体弹簧力形成动态平衡,自动调节阀芯和阀座间的间隙,使输出压力保持恒定。在工作过程中,出液压力变化时,将瞬间改变活塞的受力状态,活塞被迫升降。阀芯所受合力总是向上,使得阀芯随活塞同时升降,直到达到一个新的平衡位置,从而保持调压值的恒定。 蓄能器内预充一定压力的氮气,作气体弹簧用。利用调节螺钉改变蓄能器压力以实现对D-JF1减压阀的压力调节。缓慢开启进液侧螺钉,高压液体进入蓄能器下部,氮气被压缩,压力增高,活塞下移,阀缝增大,节流作用减弱,出口压力增大;反之,开启出液侧螺钉,则液体减少,压力下降,活塞上移,出口压力减小。
